2. General provisions
The client is a person/entity/organization that carries out legal actions with the Guarantor.
The guarantee is a voluntary declaration about the quality of the goods made by the Guarantor.
The guarantee applies in the European Union.
The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer’s rights arising from the warranty provisions against defects in the products sold.
3. Warranty conditions
The customer submitting warranty claims must present a confirmation of purchase (e.g. receipt, VAT invoice, contract, order confirmation). The document can be a photocopy. The document can be a photocopy. If you do not have confirmation of your purchase made on the website, the lifetime guarantee does not apply.
The customer submitting warranty claims must use the claim form attached in Annex 1 of this document.
Warranty claims must be submitted within a maximum period of 30 days from the detection of the defect.
The customer must send the advertised product together with a detailed description of the product malfunction. The customer must send the merchandise to the address indicated in paragraph 1 with the mention “Warranty claim”.
If the advertised merchandise is shipped within the first 90 days after delivery of the merchandise to the Customer, the shipping costs to the Guarantor will be paid by the Guarantor. If the product is sent after the deadline referred to in the previous sentence, the cost of sending it to the Guarantor will be borne by the Customer.
Orders that require assistance but are more than 90 days old will be charged a return shipping fee of €18 (€38 for countries outside the EU).
The Guarantor responds to the Customer’s complaint within 14 days of returning the goods, together with a description of the product malfunction.
When the claim involves the sending of a new product to the Customer, whose previous product is faulty within 90 days after delivery of the goods to the Customer, the delivery costs will be borne by the Guarantor (up to €10).
The Customer may request the Guarantor:
exchange of goods for a new one;
repair of goods;
The Guarantor will respond to the Customer’s requests within 14 days of receiving the request. The Guarantor will consider customer requests, taking into account the following circumstances:
- ease and speed in replacing or repairing merchandise;
- the nature of the defect – significant or irrelevant;
- if the merchandise was previously sent for repair.
The Guarantor may refuse the Customer’s request for replacement or repair of the goods, provided that the replacement or repair of the goods is impossible to implement (for example, due to the discontinuation of certain spare parts or all goods), or requires excessive costs in comparison with the second possible request (for example, a request to replace the entire device with a new one if the damage is to a low-value item).
It takes up to 30 days for the defect to be removed, the product replaced, or the product repaired.
If the Customer provides incomplete, contradictory or unclear information, the Guarantor will contact the Customer to remove errors. In case of lack of response from the Customer, the complaint is rejected.
The customer has 14 days to return the controller once the defect is reported.
4 Scope and exclusions of warranty
The following merchandise items are covered by the Lifetime Replacement Warranty:
- painting of the controller,
- controller buttons,
- Analog engine (controller stick drift included) and motherboard are covered for up to 90 days from date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or damage resulting from incorrect use of the merchandise, particularly caused by blows to the control, throwing it, or damage resulting from excessive pressure.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from the use of goods for commercial purposes in connection with business operations.
